Each item you receive is made to your custom order so please choose carefully as we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
For Your Custom Printed or Custom Designed By Us DTF Print Orders , That have been discussed with our design Team, you will be shown previews / Drafts BEFORE we complete your order , to avoid disappointment.
For Unforeseen circumstances or you purchase an item that is out of stock during packing time, a store credit will be issued to repurchase another item. Should there not be a design you like, a refund will be offered.
In the unlikely event your item is received Damaged or Faulty, please contact us within 72 Hours of receiving your item along with photos showing proof of damage or Fault.
If your order is returned to us due to incorrect Shipping address or insufficient, you are required to pay shipping again in order for us to ship your order to you.
